Keegan Rosenberger is a seasoned media finance executive who has spent over a decade in the filmed entertainment industry, most recently as the head of strategy and corporate development at Relativity Media, where he led the studio’s capital raise and global expansion efforts in key markets such as China and India. Previously, Mr. Rosenberger spent several years as an investment banker, specializing in the Tech, Media & Telecom (TMT) sector. During his career, Mr. Rosenberger has closed transactions valued in excess of $500 million and has been involved in the production, financing and distribution of over 20 films.

A 26 year veteran of CAA, Matt DelPiano joined Cavalry as a Partner and President of Cavalry Management in 2019. During his tenure as a talent agent, Mr. DelPiano represented A-list clients such as Alec Baldwin, Mariska Hargitay, Al Pacino, Halle Berry, Angelina Jolie, Mariah Carey, Robert DeNiro and Jennifer Lopez.
